This is considered a comforting oolong tea in its native Taiwan, enjoyed in many restaurants and homes. Comprised mainly of twigs from a competition grade High Mountain oolong, it boasts a notable butterscotch aroma—the result of an extra firing process. The toasted flavors of wood and molasses finish with a note of apricot, and a pleasingly light mouthfeel.
