A round, full-flavored Chinese green tea with a classic nutty and vegetal taste. Produced in southern Zhejiang Province, this area has a long tradition of making tea; this lot, from a local small leaf cultivar, was grown organically and processed using hot air instead of just pan-firing.
Note the pleasant chestnut aroma, and fresh corn flavor; use water below boiling (~180° F) to maintain the sweetness.
