Get to know Taiwanese Oolongs Part II

Warm up with us next Thursday, November 14th, with another round of Taiwanese oolongs. We will be brewing some of our finest limited lots of this semi-oxidized tea, allowing you to experience them through multiple infusions. One will be Spring Fortune, a rare oolong from Lalasan, in northern Taiwan. Its intense jammy, fruity fragrance results from an unusual processing method, in which the leaves rest in an oxygen-free environment for 18 hours at a low temperature—a delicious example of craftsmanship and creativity.

This is part of our free-flowing tasting series, so stop in anytime between 5-7 pm. All the oolongs served—along with other select teas and teaware—will also be available for purchase at the event. We look forward to seeing you! RSVP required.
