Genmaicha [GEN-my-cha]
A traditional Japanese green tea, Genmaicha is a favorite with people of all ages. It is made from bancha tea and popped, roasted rice. Genmaicha is soothing and mellow; the popped rice adds a wonderful balance of roasty aroma to the refreshing green tea.

Jasmine Pearls
These wonderfully fragrant pearls are soothing to drink and magical to watch as they slowly unfurl into beautiful leaf and bud sets. Crafted from spring-picked, southern Chinese green tea and fresh jasmine blossoms, each individual pearl is a set of tender, silvery leaf buds, carefully rolled and then dried amid fresh jasmine blossoms.

Karigane Kukicha [KAH-ree-gah-nay KOO-kee-cha]
This is a twig tea, a traditional style from Japan consisting of the discarded stems and stalks after making other teas. This style of Kukicha is called Karigane. It is highly prized and made only from Gyokuro green tea. Other twig teas are more woody with less green character. We find this a special tea, almost unkown in the west.
