|PayPal - How do I make an instant payment instead of an echeck payment?|
First, you need to have enough funds in your PayPal account or enough credit on your credit card, otherwise PayPal will not offer the choice. If there are sufficient funds, you will get a choice at the time you make the payment.
If you do not have enough funds in your PayPal account for the direct/instant payment, then PayPal will require the use of a “backup” funding source. The backup source can be a credit/debit card with enough funds AND a future expiration date. In this case, it is still a direct/instant payment.
With no credit/debit card, or one that cannot cover the funds, or one that expires soon, the payment is converted to an eCheck payment made from bank account funds.
|Why do I see two charges when I only placed one order?|
|When you first place your order, our site will only authorize the total amount. Once we pack the order and print the shipping label, the amount is then manually charged. So, as a result, you may see what looks like two charges, but in fact is not. The authorization "charge" should disappear once your actual payment clears.
|Why is the authorization amount different than the amount you actually charged?|
|We have been having a little bit of difficulty getting the store to charge the correct amount for shipping. We will NEVER charge you more than you agreed to, but if by chance you were charged more than necessary for shipping, we will always adjust it accordingly.
|Do I have to pay sales tax?|
|You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in a state that we have a presence. Currently, those states are California and New York.|

|Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).|
