Training and education is important to us. In order to have a successful tea program it's important that the staff and management is knowledgeable.

Our streamlined steeping process is efficient, simple, and easy to train staff on.

The steeping charts we provide combined with our training and advice on teaware should make it even easier.

We train baristas, wait staff, tea sommeliers, and other staff throughout the year in the New York Tri-State region, California,  and occasionally in other parts of the world.

We have additional training materials available on DVD for new employees.
