Xia Guan Sheng Bingcha (357 g)
A green (
) pu-erh from the long-running Xia Guan factory in Yunnan, fermented and compressed into a traditional bingcha shape in 2010. The leaves have a pleasant aroma of freshly sawn wood, yielding a round, sweet flavor with light earthy notes. Itís surprisingly smooth and drinkable now, and should gain complexity with age.
