'Jia Long' Honey Oolong 2 oz.

This tea has a lightly twisted, almost fully oxidized leaf with a deep color from medium- to dark-brown. From Wenshan, Taiwan, it brews up with a broad, sweet, mead-like taste and a heady fragrance, rich in honeyed low notes. Locally known as "Jia Long," it's special for its anaerobic processing method, which is unique among oolongs. Winter Harvest 2011. Sebastian's Choice.
