Anhui Yellow

Similar to a Chinese green tea, this tea is slowly roasted, slightly oxidized, and full-flavored.  The leaves are fired in a series of two woks at different temperatures, then gently hand-rolled.  The final step is to be slowly dried over charcoal heat for a few days.  


High Mountain Dark Roast

Grown at elevations of 2000 meters on San Lin Shi mountain, this high mountain oolong is custom roasted over a charcoal pit to yield a fiery, intense aroma and lingering sweetness.


Darjeeling 2nd Flush - Goomtee Estate

These leaves from the Goomtee Estate are saddle brown with coppery highlights and silver-green tips.  A rich scent of chocolate in the dry leaf yields a full-bodied cup with notes of cherry and fruit.  FTGFOP1
