Moon Cake Shu (55 g)
This black (
) pu-erh is compressed into a traditional moon cake shape. From the Lincang region of Yunnan, it was produced in 2011 and has a rich, balanced and earthy flavor pleasant for drinking now. The full, smooth aroma is reminiscent of soil and old books. Flake off a small section of tea to brew, and set aside the rest to age.
