Badashan Zhong Zi Dumpling Pu-erh (60 g)
or green pu-erh was grown on Bada Mountain and hand-pressed into a triangular rice dumpling shape in nearby Menghai in 2011. It was allowed to dry slowly after pressing, which accounts for the dark exterior appearance. The taste is mellow and the aroma has a pronounced berry note. The finish is pleasing, we look forward to seeing how it ages.
