What is a Tea Club?
Each
month, for six months, you will receive a ¼ lb package of tea from the
selection listed in the package of your choice. We have several
packages available, designed for novices, casual drinkers and
connoisseurs. Tea Clubs are a great way to keep a fresh supply on tap
and to expand your tea tasting experience. They make great gifts for
tea lovers - it's gift that keeps on giving!
What is the Free Gift?
Tea
Clubs ship with a Permanent Tea Filter and package of paper tea filters
with the first month’s shipment. Two simple brewing methods perfect for
high quality loose leaf teas such as ours. Each package comes with a
tasting note and brewing instructions printed right on the package.
How am I billed?
The
Tea Club is billed at the time you purchase your subscription. This
one time payment includes six ¼ lb packages of tea and all shipping
fees. The total price equals a 10% savings on tea, and a $15 flat
domestic shipping charge for six monthly shipments (approximately 25%
savings in shipping). This is a great value for frequent tea drinkers.
Please note, for overseas orders additional shipping charges would be
applied.
When will my tea ship?
You
will receive your first package immediately. After that, a new tea
will be shipped via USPS ground during the first week of every month. The prices will be calculated according to their specifications. These will be added to your order during the checkout process.
Can I cancel the Tea Club?
Tea
Clubs are not refundable. If for any reason you are not satisfied
with your tea, let us know. We will gladly replace it for you.
What about returns?
We
take great care in the sourcing of our products and have very few
complaints about quality or packaging. If you feel that you have not

How do I send the Tea Club as a gift?
Simply fill in the correct “ship-to” information when you check out and we’ll do the rest. The first order will include a gift note explaining what how the Tea Club works.
