Moon Shaped Pu-Erh, Shu Bingcha(cooked, brown Pu-Erh):  From Jinggu, a little known area outside of Simou. Only 70% ripened with a special technique, aerated to have none of the factory moldy taste or astringent finish that is sometimes found in Pu-Erh. Made to be sweet and mellow.
