In an article from 2005, Tokyo-based Journal reporter
Ginny Parker lists In Pursuit of Tea as a boutique vendor known for
selling Japanese teas grown on small, remote farms. She also explains:
"The ingredient that makes green tea so healthy, according to many reserachers, is a potent antioxidant called catechin.
"Antioxidants of all sorts -- including other kinds found in black,
oolong, and white teas -- have been shown in laboratories to neutralize
free radicals, or unstable atoms or molecules that can damage elements
inside the body and lead to disease."
