What is a Tea Club subscription?
Each month, for six months, you will receive a ¼ lb package of tea from the selection listed in the subscription package of your choice. We have several packages available, designed for novices, casual drinkers and connoisseurs. Tea Clubs are a great way to keep a fresh supply on tap and to expand your tea tasting experience.
How am I billed?
The Tea Club is billed at the time you purchase your subscription. This one time payment includes six ¼ lb packages of tea and all shipping fees. The total price equals a 10% savings on tea, and a $34 flat shipping charge for six monthly shipments (approximately 30% savings in shipping). This is a great value for frequent tea drinkers.
When will my tea ship?
You will receive your first package immediately. After that, a new tea will be shipped via UPS ground on the first of every month. Alaska, Hawaii and overseas orders will be shipped by US Mail. The prices will be calculated according to their specifications. These will be added to your order during the checkout process.
Can I cancel the subscription?
Tea Club subscriptions are not refundable. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your tea, let us know. We will gladly replace it for you.
What about returns?
We take great care in the sourcing of our products and have very few complaints about quality or packaging. Can I give a subscription as a gift?
Absolutely. Simply fill in the correct “ship-to” information when you check out and we’ll do the rest.
