Big White (Show Mei) [show may]

This traditional varietal of white peony was grown and processed in the ancient home of white tea in Northern Fujian, China. After picking and air drying, this tea is finished in the modern style with forced hot air. The taste is clear and sweet with a lingering bean sprout character. A light note of chocolates is in the aroma and finish. It is easy to drink and very lightweight. Use a lot of leaf and prepare it preferably in a gaiwan.

Yinzhen Silver Needle

This tea is know for its sweet vegetal and slightly nutty flavor. Each bud is covered with white downy hair and carefully crafted into slender needles. Like its higher grade 'Bai Hao', this tea is also packed with antioxidants and low in caffeine.
